We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

One-Time Purchases

Refund requests for one-time purchases must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must not have been extensively used (e.g., deployed to a production environment or modified beyond initial testing).

Subscription Products

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscription payments are available within 7 days of the most recent billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Free Products

Free and freemium products are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product was used in a production environment for an extended period
  • The refund request was made after the eligible timeframe
  • The issue is caused by third-party software incompatibility clearly documented in product requirements
  • The buyer violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order ID and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

License Revocation

Upon successful refund, the associated license key will be revoked and any active domain activations will be deactivated. You must remove the product from all environments.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to your support ticket with additional information. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
