Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a "support hour" vs a "development hour"?

Support hours cover bug fixes, troubleshooting, configuration changes, user guidance, and general Q&A. Development hours are for building new features, custom modules, third-party integrations, and writing new code. This separation ensures your support budget is never consumed by development work.

What happens if I use all my hours before the month ends?

We notify you when you reach 80% of your allocation. Additional hours are billed at $55/hr (support) or $75/hr (development). You can also upgrade your plan mid-month to get more included hours.

How does hour rollover work?

On Professional plans, up to 20% of unused hours roll over to the next month (capped at one month of rollover). Enterprise plans allow 25% rollover. Starter plans do not include rollover. Rolled-over hours are used first.

Can I downgrade or cancel my plan?

Plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. You can upgrade instantly or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund after the first 3 months.

What Odoo versions do you support?

We support Odoo 14 through 18, both Community and Enterprise editions. We also support OCA modules and custom forks. Version upgrades are available as an add-on service.

Do you provide server and infrastructure management?

Enterprise plans include full infrastructure management (server monitoring, patches, backups, and disaster recovery). Professional plans include monitoring and patch management. For Starter plans, server management is available as a $199/month add-on.

How do I submit support requests?

All plans include access to our ticketing portal and email support. Professional and Enterprise plans add scheduled calls. Enterprise plans also get a dedicated Slack or Teams channel for real-time communication.
